In a devastating accident late last night, seven people lost their lives, and several others were injured when a truck and a tempo collided on Noora Bridge in Masaurhi, Patna. The Masaurhi Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) confirmed the incident on Monday.
According to the SDPO, the impact of the collision was so intense that both vehicles plunged off the bridge. Emergency responders and local residents rushed to the scene to assist the victims and inform the authorities.
“Seven people died on the spot due to the collision. Many injured have been admitted to the hospital, and their condition remains critical,” the SDPO stated. Efforts are currently underway to identify all the victims.
Rescue operations continued through the night, with officials working to provide medical aid to the injured and clear the wreckage from the site. The local community has expressed shock and sorrow over the tragic incident.
